#852: tcl nviz: can't unset surface emission property

 Hi,

 in tcl/tk NVIZ if you set the emission raster surface property there is no
 way to unset it. If it must be a map & not a constant (why not a glowing
 surface in a stack?), it would be nice if it could have a button like the
 MASK property which lets you remove the map.

 If you go into the map browser but exit without picking a map the value
 gets set to -1 and then you get an error if you press ok.
