1. Something has recently broken the profiler. The error is too many values to 
unpack when it is trying to read output from r.profile. Probably caused by 
something else.

2. The attribute table manager no longer works with dbf files for some reason. 
It works OK for sqlite. Sqlite will be the default data format, but it should 
still work with dbf, especially because many people will have legacy dbf files.

Tested on the spearfish dataset with an svn update (and make distclean) from 
last night.
