Comment:
I have helped Markus create the directory. The trick is to do "svn
checkout -N http://svn.osgeo.org/grass"; to avoid getting the whole tree
recursively.
I also created the grass_promo LDAP group and updated the
/var/www/svn/repos/grass/authz.tmpl file to use it to control the promo
area of svn.
Let me know if there are any problems.
