just a logistics note for all, to help with that please don't start bulk
moving random tickets from 6.4.0->6.4.1 in trac until all tickets
currently marked for 6.4.1 are dealt with (mostly backports waiting for
the branch). otherwise that stuff which should be done asap gets lost in
the noise.
