Sorry for the off-topic subject, but I think it is important enough to
justify the mail: is anyone in the FOSS4G community active in the
current European discussions on data specifications in the context of
the INSPIRE directive [1, 2] ? This, plus the current public
consultation on public sector information [3] could be quite decisive
for future data access in Europe.
