Comment:
`Silk` and old `grass` icon set has been removed from trunk in r45455-7,
r45463. These icon set have been not maintained, many icons were missing,
see http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/grass-dev/2011-February/053471.html.
So I have removed these icon sets and renamed `grass2` to `grass`. Closing
this ticket as `wontfix`.
