#1419: wingrass - change commandline to "windows home"

at the moment (wingrass64svn, wingrass65svn, wingrass70svn) wingrass-
commandline (msys and cmd) points to the installation directory.
there were some request to change this, i.e. to "windows home".
there are a few possible windows environment variables which could be
selected:
(http://www.vistaonwindows.com/environment_variables.php)
{{{
[...]
%HOMEDRIVE% C:
%USERPROFILE% C:\Users\{username}
[...]
}}}
attached patches for wingrass64svn, wingrass65svn, wingrass70svn to have
the command line point to %USERPROFILE%.
