Comment:
Stuck forever with 6.x releases. There is no way how to fix this issue for
6.x. Only hope is to move away from anything shell related in 7.x and thus
avoid any OEM codepage issues on Windows.
Solution for end-users: create a new user with only latin letters in it's
name for GRASS usage.
