Testing Japanese translation using WinGRASS-6.4.2svn-r50455-130-Setup.exe.
While selecting NViz from "GRASS Layer Manager", the panel with messages
partly translated appears (See screenshot). Unable to figure out where we
should put the Japanese message string for "Raster", "Vector" "Name of
Raster Map(s) for elevation" and other messages that appear in English so
that they can be displayed in Japanese Locale.
After starting Nviz all messages are correctly in Japanese.
