maybe an update of the manual, because columns="zshift:h" doesn't work
neither in the wxgui-command line nor in the v.transform-gui.

p.s. tested today osgeo4w-wingrass6.4.3svn-r52935 several times, no crash,
no coormismatch, correct 3D output
