#1810: Loading gxm file does not load Model, Items and Variables tabs

When loading a saved model from the wxGUI Graphical Modeler, the python
script is loaded fine into the Python tab, but nothing appears in the
Model, Items or Variables tab.
This doesn't appear to happen with all saved models, but it does with the
attached file.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load GRASS with the wxGUI
2. File->Graphical Modeler
3. File->Open and navigate to attached file, click OK.
This issue was discovered on OS X, and I haven't been able to test on any
other machines (I haven't got GRASS working on Windows 7 yet...)
