The links at the bottom of the r.mapcalc manual
(http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/r.mapcalc.html) do not work since
the GRASS website has been redone.
A Google seems to find copies of the PDFs on the Italian mirror - see
http://grass.fbk.eu/gdp/raster/mapcalc-algebra.pdf and
http://grass.fbk.eu/gdp/raster/mapcalc.pdf, but I'm not sure if we should
be linking to those or copying the files elsewhere and then linking to
them
