Hi all,
Using the debian.tar.gz that Rashad provided, I created 6.4.3RC2 builds
for ubuntu precise(12.04), quantal(12.10) and raring(13.04).

We need to have this heavily tested if we want this version to end up in
UbuntuGIS-unstable and OSGeoLive 6.5.
Any volunteers?
