#1850: Missing parameter in examples v.in.ascii help file

In GRASS 7.0 the parameter 'input' is obligatory, also when entering data
via e.g., the standard input. However, in the examples in the help file
this parameter is not included.
p.s. not sure this should be reported as a bug? Otherwise, what would be
the best way to report this?
