#1873: winGrass hangs when issuing exit command from the console if not GUI

steps to reproduce:
1) start winGrass with gui
2) go at the console and issue the exit command
3) console hangs, with only way to close it is by pressing ctrl+C
note, if you first exit the gui before issuing the exit command the
console exits normaly
