The first two of the links for references on the GRASS LiDAR tools are dead 
links. Can the relevant documents be found and put onto the GRASS server where 
they can be archived and maintained? The third link is still live, but slow. 
Perhaps it would be good to also archive that PDF where it is more easily 
accessible.
