Hi,
in the wxGUI vector digitizer, if you start editing by right clicking in
the manager on the layer and click 'Start editing' the layer bar's
background in the layer manager goes red. If you stop editing via the 0/1
button in the map display window the right-click menu item greys out 'stop
editing' but the background remains red. start/stop by the menu alone gets
the state of the bar back to the correct color.
