Hi,
the wingrass installer is currently creating both 'grassrc6' and 'rc'
files in %APPDATA%. I suggest to just create a single 'grassrc6' file to
avoid confusion.

./lib/init.bat and ./lib/init/init.sh create %APPDATA%/grassrc6.
