I described how it worked for me, which looks like (from the code) it's a
general case:
If the GRASS_ADDON_PATH is a bin folder, ''everything'' is put in that
folder, including compiled commands, scripts and a docs folder with the
help files.
If the GRASS_ADDON_PATH is not a bin folder, but a prefix with its own bin
and docs subfolders, the compiled commands are put in bin, scripts are put
in scripts and help files are put in docs. Scripts are NOT moved to bin.
