It might be useful to have the vector modules v.select, v.overlay return
only the requested categories, i.e. do not actually run the requested
query/operation, simply feed-back the cats.
As an example, which categories of vector map A (areas) contain given
points in map B? This could be useful simply for reporting as well as for
further vector processing tasks in modules which accept/require "cats" to
operate.
Maybe implement a flag "-p" as in "print" (since "-r" is bound already in
v.select) or similar.
