Indeed, the libconv stuff is in /opt/freeware/ but searched in the common
/usr/ directories. Existing:
/usr/include/iconv.h
....

...
but no corresponding libiconv.
How to tell GRASS 7 in configure to pick up the /opt/freeware/ include file and
library?
