it's related to the new redesigned and updated osgeo4w msys/mingw packages [1,2]. Currently I am solving last issues related to GRASS7 compilation errors. OSGeo4w package is not available, standalone package will be online later. If you are using osgeo4w I suggest to install the environment from the scratch.
