I'm assuming that you downloaded GRASS 7 after last Friday? If not, please try 
again. I just downloaded it onto a different computer, along with the 
frameworks for the dev versions (on my site), and all works well. If this does 
not solve your problem there may be a more insidious issue that no one 
completely understands yet. Hopefully this is NOT the issue.

If getting the newest version of GRASS 7 and frameworks does not work, try 
downloading my stable GRASS 6.4.3 (also along with its frameworks).
