#2192: v.centerpoint: line centers get all cat values from 1 to respective line

Using v.centerpoint on lines with the output= parameter, resulting lines
have many cat values, corresponding to all the cat values from 1 to the
one of the respective line.
The attached image shows the issue and is the result of the following
command in the NC dataset:

v.centerpoint --overwrite input=roadsmajor output=roads_mid lcenter=mid
}}}
