#2227: v.net.path: when using -s flag keep original segment cats in layer 2

v.net.path provides the -s flag to "write output as original input
segments, not each path as one line."
It would be great if these original input segments could also retain their
original cat values, possibly in layer 2, to leave layer 1 free for the
path cat values.
