In the help file of r.colors in both GRASS 6.4 and 7.0 there is the line: "The rules color table type will cause r.colors to read color table specifications from standard input (stdin) and will build the color table accordingly"
In GRASS 6.4 I assume this refers to the option "rules" in the drop down list under "type of color table". I actually don't understand the difference between the following two options in GRASS 6.4: color=rules rules=- In GRASS 7.0 the first option does not seem to exist, I don't see it in the drop down list under "name of color table". Thus, it seems the "color=rules" option is left out. If that is true (it would make sense to me), the reference to this option (mentioned above) should be removed from the help file.
