only this will work for all platforms, so I don't think it would be
beneficial if some people would write `r.basin` and some `r.basin.py`.
The problem was that if you launched the command from the dialog (fill
parameter and press Start button) than it was calling `r.basin.py` instead
of `r.basin`. It should be fixed now.
