After "make distclean" it runs fine. I added two new test scripts:
* raster/r.li/r.li.testing_nc_asc.sh
* raster/r.li/r.li.testing_sp_mov.sh
Whole maplayer versus moving window. Both produce identical results
in GRASS 6 and 7, respectively.
I think the bug(s) have been solved and the ticket can be closed.
