oh, also this line has to be adapted:
https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/trunk/mswindows/env.bat#L10
{{{
10 set PYTHONHOME=%GISBASE%\Python27
}}}
and should point to the pythonhome of your other python.
