Comment:
to get back to the main point of this ticket, by "boundary" I mean polygon
area boundary not display frame outer edge.
the fill area of a circle does not line up with the black line drawn
around its edge.
I'll get the screenshot back up at some point, for now see the image
attached to this ticket.
