maintainer, and
7.0.0beta2 builds fine
7.0.0beta3 builds fine if two files are backported to use $GISBASE/etc/gui
I built 7.0.0beta3 in clean environment several times
It's true that Fink installs almost everything in non-standard /sw. But I
don't think this is the issue here.
