which windows version (7, 8)? any antivirus software?

the winGRASS standalone installer should copy the DLLs to extrabin, see

943             CopyFiles "$TEMP\$ORIGINAL_UNTAR_FOLDER\bin\*.dll"
"$INSTDIR\extrabin"
