I would keep g.region flags, I think this is one of the most frequently
used modules in command line and GRASS users wouldn't really appreciate
changing the interface (even backwards compatible). Flags are faster to
type, too.  So we should have a good reason for changing it. Perhaps there
are better candidates for flag -> option change, I don't know now.
