I went though v.net modules and renamed

nlayer -> node_layer
type -> arc_type
ccats -> center_cats
ncolumn -> node_column
afcolumn -> arc_column
abcolumn -> arc_backward_column
tcats -> terminal_cats
nsp -> npoints
coordinate -> coordinates
vis -> visibility
