Not everybody understands advantages of openness (yet). Note that it should be "GRASS GIS", not "GRASS" as much as possible. We can just create a image with logo+GRASS GIS+motto which could be used as splash and perhaps elsewhere too, for example in headers/titles of pages where we have just the logo and not name (Trac, manual).
