To export a vector attribute table, one can use v.db.select. No problem,
except that it isn't terribly intuitive. Especially for new users, having
an option to export the attribute table in the context menu (right mouse
click) would make this easier to find.
The name should probably something like "export attribute table", while it
could open the v.db.select window (or possibly a simplified version of
it).
