Starting with r65348 when GRASS_TMPDIR_MAPSET is set to '0', the GRASS
data TMPDIR is not `$LOCATION/$MAPSET/.tmp/$HOSTNAME`, but
`$TMPDIR/.tmp/$HOSTNAME`.
