This looks quite OK actually. Probably most of the failing tests are temporal algebra which depends on Python PLY: https://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/source/snapshot/REQUIREMENTS.html This should be visible in the HTML reports (the aforementioned testreport/index.html) which give the actual reasons why the test failed.
