It happens when you close GUI and a dialog appears with the choice of
closing either GUI only or GRASS session followed by a dialog asking to
save your workspace. The second dialog has a Cancel button which doesn't
work if you previously selected close GRASS session - GRASS just shuts
down. Perhaps the Cancel button should not be there at all?
