For the record, the trick that worked for me: I svn'ed in
/home/user/.grass7/addons/etc/ the whole i.segment.hierarchical folder, and
copied  i.segment.hierarchical.py into /home/user/.grass7/addons/scripts,
but removed the .py extension.
