You can (I believe) replace an existing attachment with a new one when
keeping the name.
The admins (Martin, me, ...) can also delete attachments.
The last attached is actually a replacement (already). Please, for the
sake of simplicity, delete the older attachement (... hmmm, ok already
deleted :-) ).
