vcredist exe files need to silently fail also in 32bit platforms since
these files are part of msvcrt2008 and msvcrt2010 packages which are not
downloaded by the installer.
Ah, I see. It's because msvcrt-12 (32bit) package contained also these
binaries which is wrong. We need to fix this issue in the installer.
