For GRASS v. 7.2.0 and 7.3.0 (current) :
unability or failure to resizing the Map Layer window (wxGui) (NB
Identical bug with 6.x.x)
The wxGui map layer window is in the dock, and it is impossibel to resize
it (left-down corner unreachable).
Please kindly see the screenshot enclosed.
