#3350: wxGUI: map decorations are not removed when creating new workspace

Map decorations are not remove from a map display when one pushes the
button to create a new workspace (Ctrl-N).
IMHO, creating a new workspace means starting from scratch and all
decorations should be removed. In the current state, the user has to
manually remove each of the decorations.
