The function db_table_in_vector in db.py is looking for the vector of all
the mapset. I think this is a problem specially when it is used in
db.droptable.
Actually db_table_in_vector is used only in db.droptable and pygrass
vector/table.py.
Attached I propose to add as default to look in actual mapset.
