Comment:
Both `~/.grass.bashrc` and `~/.grass7/bashrc` are used `bash_startup()`
function in `grass.py in 7.2 at least since r65585. `~/.grass7/bashrc` is
used in the `load_env()` function and in the documentation. Changing
milestone to 7.2.x and closing as fixed.
