#3703: t.rast.univar doesn't yield no-data

When trying to get statistics for images that have no data (for example
within a masked area) t.rast.univar gives the warning message: "Unable to
get statistics for raster map" and in the resulting csv, the missed dates
are skipped. It should instead return a no-data associated to the date,
like for example t.rast.what.
This comes from the underlying r.univar call which has the same
