I would suggest to change wingrass build process as below:
* grass74/76 daily builds untouched
* grass77 daily builds switched to python3 environment
It means that grass77 daily builds can be unstable for some time, but it's
the only way how to prepare for next stable release (7.8) with full
Python3 support.
