Two PRs are still open: https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/milestone/2 - Broken vector topology crashes wxGUI GUI backport_needed bug - g.extension: download from gitlab repositories does not work bug but I'd suggest moving them to the next release. If not objections, I'd release 7.8.4 tonight.
