My username and password are correct because I verified on
osgeo web page.
did you do the initial checkout using http:// instead of https:// ?
Can you try again from zero, creating a new directory then svn checkout,
etc...?

I've tried from zero, with checkout with http:// instead https://. I've
added new directory and repeat commit command but ... all is the same.
If you thnk is usefull, I'll send my osge password.
